What are your Level 2 opening hours?

7 days, 9am - 9pm

Can I browse in store?

Yes, you can browse in store in Level 2. However, limited numbers will be allowed in store at a time.

What will happen when I arrive to the store?

  • A staff member will greet you at the door and see what you’re after. If you have a pickup or you already know what you would like to buy, they will organise that right away without you coming in.

  • If you are coming in to browse, you will be asked to sanitise your hands. The QR Tracer is available throughout the store.

  • If there are too many browsers, you will be asked to wait outside until someone leaves.

  • Please maintain your social distance in store and be respectful to staff and other customers. Please sanitise and take care with what you touch.

How will you take payment in store?

  • Paywave is highly preferred.

  • You can most certainly pre-pay over the phone or buy on our website if you know what you’re after.

What if I don’t know what I want to read? 

Phone us (09-6303331) or email us anytime at books@timeout.co.nz. We can help you choose your next read.
Email is actually easier for us at this time as we can send you links to browse through.

Can I buy books over the phone? 

YES.

Are you sending books via courier?

YES. We are couriering around Auckland and New Zealand.

Mt Eden deliveries are free and will be delivered via ebike (or car if it’s raining!)

Do you have your stock listed on a website?

YES! You can browse our stock here and purchase at any time. Please note the stock levels listed when browsing. 

Can I order books you don’t have in stock? 

Of course! Phone us or email us any time at books@timeout.co.nz.
