A former science teacher and deputy principal, Wendy never guessed she'd own a bookstore. She bought Time Out twenty-three years ago and hasn't looked back.

Wendy loves a dark read. We Need to Talk About Kevin, Monster Love and The Devil All the Time are huge favourites, but she's very dedicated to her favourite classics too– Anna Karenina and The Woman in White. 
She also may be John Boyne’s biggest fan.
